I started my business in real estate back in 2004. I started as a Loan generator and then later as a loan officer and then by 2006 I was a Branch Manager for a company within Windermere, called Windermere Mortgage Services LLC.  This is where my passion grew, as I was the in-house lender for all the real estate Brokers within this Office. I had to attend and teach at every office meeting.  I went on tours with the Brokers and I sat and listened to the Managing Brokers as they discuss issues and education with the Brokers under their care. Well, guess what,  my heart longed to actually be a real estate Broker and no longer a Mortgage Consultant.   In  2009 I studied and took my Brokers test and passed. In 2010 I hung my license with John L Scott and worked there until 2020. In 2021 I joined Professional Realty Services, and I could not be more thrilled! This Company is top of the top and it has the highest quality  Brokers. The support we get is 110% all the time! This company is a true joy!  I have everything at my fingertips and that allows me to have more time for YOU!  Since 2010, I have met every goal I set for myself. It was not always easy but I never once wanted to quit! I find that I love this industry and I strive to help others to see the value, the integrity that is required, and the skill it takes to be top of your client's mind.  It is all about service, knowledge, integrity, and respect!

In 2005 my husband Bob Short decided to join me after he somewhat retired from his security company Level One Security Inc.  He and I have had so much growth and share many fine experiences with our clients. We make it fun! Bob Often calls himself, the "eye candy" of the group. He is more than that. He is my navigator & support so I can multitask and he has lots of building experience. He loves meeting the inspectors and new Buyers, thus why we say Buy with Bob!

I, on the other hand, have years of experience from my knowledge of loans and how they affect not just the borrower but also the house. I have interior design in my background, and of course, I have lots of different experiences working with some of the best of the best in the industry and clients alike.
