How to even start this, I could truly write a book on how happy, refreshed, and satisfied we are with Susan and Bob. But I will keep this on the shorter side so it will get read. We always imagined it to be fun and exciting, that was not the case after meeting Susan and Bob we decided that before we met them we were having the worst experience you could have when buying a home. We went through two Realtors before finding them, our first Realtors would not listen to anything that we would say about what we were looking for in a home. They were always just trying to basically get us to buy every home we walked into even if the home met zero of our wants and needs. They always seemed we were wasting their time and a bother. We were to do all the work when we weren't sure exactly what all that work was. The only communication we would have was if we found something did all the homework on it comps in the area schools little history on the house Etc. It was exhausting, then we decided we were just going to go on our own and we saw a house and we saw Susan short name we called it really just to be able to get into the house but then they showed up Susan and Bob you immediately felt like you knew them for ages. And they came with a folder filled with information about the home that we were interested in. And that's when our experience turned into the one we always hoped it would be when buying our first home. We never felt like we are wasting their time they always had the answers to any question we had and they were always communicating with you and keeping you relaxed. And we were not easy customer we knew nothing and needed to know everything.
